Welcome to the Work of Art blog! This blog is about my journey with balancing faith, family and wellness. My name is Jen and I am excited to share my world with you; I love coffee and my life is messy. However, that mess is getting less messy with help and guidance from God. I struggle with balancing my life and sometimes the downs can be a little much at times. I work through these issues in several ways including a counselor, diet, exercise, meditation and prayer as well as writing on this blog. I enjoy DIY and budget friendly solutions, yoga, discovering new healthy recipes, bible journaling, camping, and most importantly….being a Mom.
Recently, I have decided on a career change and do what I love researching, living, and doing myself. I am working on my certification to become your Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I hope to be able to point you to products that will encourage and make it easier to live a healthier, wealthier, and happier life.
Truly, I wish that this blog will help someone like me find their way through this messy life. It has been a lonely journey at times and I have hit some very low points. Just know that with God, your story will keep going.
