With a new year coming, I am starting over. I've lost my posts I had created this year. I guess that's okay because my new word for the year is changing too.

I have selected a new word for 2020 and it is is Restoration. The defintion according to (Merriam Webster Dictionary) is the following: a bringing back to a former position or condition and a restoring to an unimpaired or improved condition. This word selection comes from choosing 1 word to focus on for an entire year rather than a big list of resolutions that do not get accomplished. You can find more details here: OneWord365

I have further examined this idea of restoration by praying and found a bible verse to help me along in Psalms 51:10 NIV "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me". Restoration is a renewing of my mind, body, heart, and soul.

To spark the restoration coming in 2020, I bought a yoga kit so that I can restore my mind and body back to the healthy person I was before having children. 2019, I have had to help my Dad and his health has been declining. This last stint in the hospital has opened my eyes. I don't want my children to have to go through what I am going through with my Dad.

The next part in this restoration plan is that I have become an affiliate and am participating in an online fitness program for christian women called Faithful Finish Lines. To begin this journey, I have signed up for the 7 DAY WEIGHT LOSS PRAYER CHALLENGE which is a FREE challenge so that I can learn more about this program. Challenge runs January 6-12, 2020; please join me!

So, I will continue to have other affiliate links in my blog posts and that will be items that I am reviewing or have purchased for myself as well as companies that I have decided to add to my affiliate portfolio. These companies have items that are family friendly. You might find camping supplies, fitness equipment, kitchen utensils, leggings, and more. Here is a complete list of companies:
